'Acquired by exchanging a Dragon Heart at a Cathedral of Dragon Communion. One of the incantations of Dragon Communion. Transforms caster into a wyrm to spew magma breath. Those who have partaken of dragon communion bear a heart that is part-wyrm, allowing them to manifest the strength of dragons.' Two cathedrals stand in the Lands Between : one in Caelid where the priestess waits, and one tucked into the Mountaintops. They are not cathedrals of the Erdtree. The covenant they keep is older, predating the Golden Order, and it is sealed not by oath but by appetite. The pilgrim brings the heart of a slain dragon. The priestess prepares it. The pilgrim eats. The dragon's strength is now part of the pilgrim's, and what the pilgrim was before becomes a little less.
