Night-school of Caelid, drowned in scarlet rot

Sellia, Town of Sorcery
'Glintstone key received from the sorceress Sellen. Capable of breaking the seal that keeps Master Lusat confined. Sellia, Town of Sorcery cast Lusat out for delving too deeply into forbidden secrets, of which the academy of Raya Lucaria likewise frowned upon.' Sellia is the second sorcerous power of the Lands Between, older than Raya Lucaria and rougher in temperament. Where the academy taught the formal magic of stars and moonlight, Sellia practiced the night sorceries, magic of stealth and concealment, of darkness drawn close. Master Lusat and Master Azur, the two greatest primeval sorcerers of the canon, were both Sellians ; both were exiled for looking too far. The town did not forgive the question.
'Forbidden sorcery of Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Creates a space of darkness that draws in sorceries and incantations.' By the time the Tarnished arrives, Sellia has been swallowed by the scarlet rot pouring south from the Lake at Caelid's heart. Its houses sit in red marsh ; its sorcerers wander as Cleanrot-fevered shades. Sellia Crystal Tunnel beneath the town is the source of glintstone for both schools, and Sellia Hideaway hid the Eternal City artifact that Ranni now seeks. The town's catacombs hold what the academy refused to study : the Death-roots of Godwyn, glintstone made of lichen and bone.
One of the night sorceries of Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Launches a projectile from a distance removed from the caster, so as to strike the enemy unawares. The night sorceries are the antithesis of the magic championed by the great academy of Raya Lucaria, and as such are forbidden.

Forbidden sorcery of Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Conceals the caster's silhouette from view. The sorceries of Sellia are forbidden, hated and feared. They are also, in truth, the magic of survival, for the night must be hidden in to be lived.
