Vyke was the most accomplished Tarnished the Roundtable Hold has ever seen, summoned long before our Tarnished and exalted as the chosen of the Two Fingers. He gathered the runes, climbed the Erdtree's stairs, and stood within reach of the lordship, and there, in the moment of crowning, he reached for the Frenzied Flame instead. The yellow fire devoured his mind. He never finished the ascension; he never returned.
His body remains hidden behind a sealed door at Roundtable Hold, his Frenzied-burnt spear left as testimony. Hyetta, the blind maiden whose path leads to the same yellow flame, recognises Vyke when she meets the Tarnished : she is the Finger Maiden Vyke abandoned when madness took him. Vyke's helm and robes are scorched and weeping; the dragon-communion incantation 'Vyke's Dragonbolt' is the most furious flame any Tarnished has ever called down.

Eyeball of the knight Vyke, inflamed yellow. Seared with a repulsive fingerprint burn akin to those that marred his entire body. If offered to the blind maiden, it will lead her to the source of the distant light, allowing her to become a Finger Maiden.
