With Godfrey she bore Godwyn the Golden, First Dead of the demigods, and Mohg and Morgott, who are twin brothers and whose Great Runes are naturally similar for it, though Mohg's is soaked in accursed blood. Messmer she bore too, and dealt with otherwise: a malevolent snake writhed within him, and so his very mother plucked out his eye and put in its place a seal of grace. Yet, having done so, her fear compelled her to secret away her child within the realm of shadow. With Radagon came Miquella and Malenia, both the children of a single god, both Empyreans, both afflicted from birth. One was cursed with eternal childhood, and the other harbored rot within.

Radagon's earlier children are not hers, and the game marks the distinction exactly: Radahn was amongst the children of Rennala and Radagon, who became demigod stepchildren after Radagon's union with Queen Marika. Morgott, holding the thrones against all comers, recites the roll of those who took a shard and turned. Godrick the Golden. The twin prodigies, Miquella and Malenia. General Radahn. Praetor Rykard. Lunar Princess Ranni. Wilful traitors, all. He does not name himself, and he does not name Godwyn, who could not have answered: the first of them to fall was murdered on the Night of the Black Knives, and what remained of him is the Prince of Death, buried deep under the capital at the Erdtree's roots.
